This property is great! The staff is friendly. The breakfast was really good. The pool and hot tub area are amazing! The directions do not take you to the property though. They take you to a neighborhood that doesn’t link to this location. Check your map before you go.

During our stay there was only 1 elevator running and the cleaning staff who had to use the same elevator were very gracious & patient, letting the guests go first, however, I bet their work day was longer & more frustrating.

Property is quite dated and parts are bordering on raggedy. 1 of the 2 elevators were not working for the entire stay. Pool towels supplied by front desk felt more like sandpaper than linens. My biggest complaint about the property is the whole time we were there they only had 1 functioning elevator. We would sometimes have to wait 15 min for the elevator as we were on the 11th floor. They had someone to fix it and the same day it stopped working again.
