I left my phone in a cab as I was dropped at the hotel one afternoon. Jeffrey assured me not to worry — that everyone gets their items returned in Taipei. He was so right. "Excellent location. Centrally located in Taipei. Approximately 20 steps from MRT (subway). Excellent reception staff, offered assistance in booking packaged tour, ordering train tickets, offering directions. etc. I would book this hotel if I return to Taipei. And, recommend the hotel to friends visiting Taipei. "

"The staff was excellent couldn't do enough for us. This hotel is very close to the MRT and night market. The only suggestions we have is consider supplying conditioner,a grab bar in the shower and more storage like shelves for personal items. We would definitely come back when in Taipei. "
