The location in Mario Antonio is private and secluded with excellent security. If traveling with young children and planning to stay put, it would work very well. If easy access to other areas, or to the public beach or park in Mario Antonio, is a priority then it's an inconvenience that needs to be planned for. "

"It is very conveniently located next to the gates of Manuel Antonio Park and is also 2 minutes walk from the public beach. Amenities are good and the staff ( Jose Avendano particularly) was very hospitable. The food at the roof top restaurant ( particularly the sea food) is excellent. Got to see a lot of exotic birds and sloth on the property. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I've never experienced such friendly staff. Truly a joy, all of them! I lost my purse with my ID, money, and credit card and before I reported it, they had it at the front desk because housekeeping had found it and everything was in it. There were howler monkeys right outside my room in the trees, macaws flew overhead, amazing pool area, free breakfast freshly made by Chef, great coffee. The entire menu is so good, we tried almost everything! There was live music by an amazing guitarist/singer every evening. "
