"Overall, a nice property in close proximity to a nice beach. It is a fairly new building, so everything still looked nice and everything was functioning. There was one issue that occurred; front desk personnel checked in a different family into our already booked unit... it was awkward when they just walked into my unit when I was cooking a meal. However, it was quickly resolved and they were directed to an open unit."

"As former owners at the Towers, we were initially upset with a new property being built, but after our stay, MBS has to be one of the most exceptional properties we have stayed at. The views were spectacular, the balcony and chairs kept us out there most nights. The interior decorating was interesting, but all things were comfortable, clean and well supplied. The pool and restaurant were wonderful with great service! This is definitely on our places to return to."

"This is a great place stay while in Saint Martin. Anse Marcel is very quiet with a nice, quiet, beautiful beach. A few good places to eat nearby as well. We stayed half our trip here and then another place another place nearby. The place nearby was awesome but hard to rate 5/5 after staying at The Forest. The suites here are spacious, clean and quiet with everything you need. Staff are all great as well. Would definitely stay here again on another trip. We loved Saint Martin so I think coming...

"This is not a hotel but a rental. The apartment itself is great no issues there but the bed is hard rock, they provide 2 tiny terrible pillows and only 2 towels. Not even a bath mat and there is a big sign in the bathroom that towels cannot be used on the floor, obviously we had a choice between slipping or not. "There were no check in instructions and no way to contact the host through Hotels.com. Office/desk not staffed on the weekend when we finally found someone to contact the host for us, he came right away and said he never received our contact information. We sent an email to ask for host info and never received. Nice place bad check in. Also not hand towels or facecloths provided and 1/2 role of toilet paper. Please make people aware of the limited supplies. "
