"perfect overnight before flight, so close to airport & the woman at the front desk was so incredibly nice & helpful. I was very impressed by the professionalism & high level of service. Its an older property so its one of those things where its not fancy on the outside but its top notch on the inside. Definitely coming back here when I need to be close to the airport in Phoenix."

"Even though the employee was excellent, the front desk (one person) was understaffed on a Sunday. The shuttle was not working, and it took at least 20 minutes of call waiting before the desk had time to cal me a Lyft. The hallway had a pile of empty boxes and restaurants are scarce. "

"Very safe location but not a lot of businesses around. Breakfast was okay but typical for a continental set up. We had kids with us and a guy was sitting close by our room smoking the green stuff for hours. I know its legal but why so close to our rooms? 7/10 stars for the safe location!"
