"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. "Excellent stay and great staff. I asked for a quiet room and my room was quiet. I had the best sleep of my my one month stay in Colombia. Very convenient location as well. I will return for sure. Some areas for improvement: a little hectic during breakfast sometimes so I think they need to add more staff during busy season. "This is a unique property on an island in the San Bernardino archipelago. You take a 2 hour boat ride on a covered 30 person speedboat which is bumpy if windy or choppy seas. But once you get there, it’s total relaxation with nothing to do but tan on one of the many lounges hammocks or rafts at their small personal beach. They have a small spa with some good massages.
