"We really enjoyed staying here The staff are really helpful. It's a brilliant location with a top notch gym next door and excellent transport links to the city. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If you ask the staff they will give you what you need but it would uave been better if the rooms had a kettle,.cups and coffee/tea etc. The breakfast buffet was great; plenty of choice. "This hotel is located in very good neighborhood, lots of dining options, hotel is renovated. You have to be really careful in the Parking garage,it is very tight, it will take time to park the car without the accident. But you can find parking on the street also. "

"The location of the hotel was hands down the most notable characteristic of the hotel, and is located very close to the Santa Cruz area, Alcazar, the cathedral and even Plaza de España. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options available from the buffet. The staff members were friendly and one of them (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) took the time to basically explain the whole city map to us! The check-in and check-out process were smooth and quick and the room was comfortable and the balcony was very cute. The only thing that we wished was better was the safe box. It did not seem to work no matter how many times we tried. We mentioned it to a staff member but it was not much help, which was unfortunate and we had to store our valuables in our luggage. But overall, it was a great hotel. "

"The rooms, the common areas, and the breakfast area in the restaurant are well maintained and comfortable. The rooftop terrace has amazing views over the whole city. The most important thing is the easy access from the highway (no need to navigate the old town traffic) and very easy to get into parking right in the basement. Parking spaces are wide (unlike everything I have seen so far in other cities in Spain). "
