Great family vacation. The Cove has it all, quiet and private Cove only pool and super close to slides and lazy river. Was very windy, but warm when we went in late March. We had a sapphire 2 room suite with Lapis club access. Get floor 5 or higher for unobstructed view. Lapis club was great for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Butler service was excellent. Service overall at the Cove was beyond amazing. Get dining reservations ahead of time.

Every single staff member was kind, helpful and very respectful.

There was several issue with my booking and billing which was a pain to correct. Several of the staff were very unfriendly.

We had an excellent time at Goldwynn for an adult mother and daughter trip. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel is well maintained and truly a 5star boutique hotel experience. The infinity pool is amazing and faces the ocean...the beach is directly in front of the pool which is rare for hotels in the Bahamas where you often have a very long walk to the beach from the massive hotels like Bahamar and Atlantis. I don't think there is another hotel Goldwynn on the island. Other hotels are stuffy. This one has a miami boutique hotel vibe and it's excellent. One thing that really stood out was the customer/client service and experience. Everyone was exceptionally nice, and it was genuine. Everyone we met was lovely and clearly happy and excited to be working there. We also used their vehiclese of distinction as a transfer from airport and to airport which was a referral from Goldwynn. Again, excellent and very very friendly service and high end -- our driver on both occasions had a brand new BMW X7 which was an awesome ride. Taxi rides were available from the hotel to anywhere, and very reasonably priced for the Bahamas. Cleaning staff were also amazing and cleaned our room to perfection.
