"This place is a gem! I can't believe how spacious the room was. We travel with two kids so having extra space makes such a difference and so rare to find in New York city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. close enough to times square/theaters to walk but far enough to be quiet."

"I love the hotel, but I think they need to review their long term maintenance procedures. The ancient heating unit in my room would turn off once a day (I was there 3 nights). Staff was helpful and showed me how to reboot it, but I don't think anyone documented my problem. Also the bathroom was spotless, but the inside of the bathroom door really needed a paint job. Great hotel just needs some TLC"

"Small, clean, efficient place to stay convenient to midtown manhattan. It is loud but what else would you expect in midtown manhattan. The location feels very safe and despite the name of the hotel, rooms are private and there is even a lounge area with water, tea and coffee in the morning. Great for the price. "

"Overall a great stay! Front desk agent( I think her name was Jordan) was great!! Give her a raise! Only thing that was eh was a rude women employee, presumably manager on the roof top bar around 11pm 1/18. We were told by the desk that the bar would be open later as it was busy. We were already on top floor so we walked upstairs via stairs, opened the door and an alarm went off. It completely scared us! She yelled at us in front of everyone “What do you think you’re doing!”. "i had an amazing stay at shoreham. location was perfectly central to everything i wanted to do, it was clean and quiet. all staff was very kind but specially the housekeeping staff are so so sweet lily really made my stay! "

"Have stayed at the Warwick for conferences for years. Unfortunately they still think its 2020 and need to shut their lobby bar and restaurant very early. Customers are told to leave and we may not come back moving forward. "
