Because we have a handicapped plate and I have trouble walking, she went to the extra trouble to reassign us a room that was close to the elevator, rather than the one that was originally assigned to us that was at the end of the hall. I genuinely felt like she understood we were tired, struggling and did ner best to make our stay more convenient and comfortable."
