"When I arrived at the property my room wasn’t ready for some time so I sat and waited around. Jake (or Jack?) upgraded me to a bigger suite and it was everything I needed. Beautiful, clean, and very spacious (both room and hotel!) Entire staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely will return for another stay! "
