"We absolutely LOVED this place. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the essentials. However, the tile around the bathroom (near the kitchen) was cracked and the toilet knob was chipped in the bathroom (in the bedroom). The floor needed to be swept, but it wasn't too bad. "My family of four (21 and 9y/o) stayed 3 nights. The property management representative, Amanda is amazing! Very attentive, accessible and knowledgeable. The property itself - great location, accessible to the beach within minutes, nice neighborhood. Downfall - property needs to be better maintained and updated. "This property was able to accommodate my family of five comfortably. We stayed in a two bedroom townhouse that included two full baths, a half bath, a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and washer/ dryer.
