"Excellent"

"Smooth check-in and check-out. Requested and received upper floor. Housekeeping was efficient. EV charging in parking garages. Asked for late check-out and was granted one hour at no additional charge. Baggage storage. Unfortunately pool in Sky tower was closed for renovations and the Earth tower pool was a bit chilly. Very enjoyable 2 night stay with many good restaurants and entertainment. Will come back when pool reopens. "

"We stayed for only one night as we had an event at Foxwoods. It is close to the casino so very convenient. The parking is easy, the front lobby is small but pretty. Our room was clean and spacious (unfortunately on the first floor so view of parking lot). The bathroom was so nice with amenities. Downsize was front desk. I was unable to check in early, when I asked a question one of the girls was a little standoffish. Came back later spoke to someone else and she was beyond accommodating. We...

"Arrived at 9:30 to be told the air was out and there were no rooms in the hotel. No message or notification of this in advance. Would not have driven all the way to mystic if I had known."

"Property was very nice and staff upon arrival was very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was very nice and clean, and the building overall was charming. The toilet in the room needed service however as we had to hold down the handle anytime it was used, and check out was not quite as friendly and staff felt short and eager to get us out. Not a bad place by any standard, but not unique for what you get for the cost."

"I like that it is really easy to park with valet parking! We went to Juniors for lunch the prices were so ridiculous for a sandwich I couldn’t believe it. I know we were in the casino but come on! I’m really tired of people charging outrageous prices just because they can. I prefer Mohegan Sun!"
