"Wonderful professional and Friendly Front Desk personnel for a late check in. There was hot coffee available to take off the edge from a very cold night. Complimentary breakfast was nice with variable items to suit different tastes. Cleanliness was top tier overall throughout the hotel and especially in the room. Great nights rest for a reasonable price. PET FRIENDLY with a dedicated space for pets to alleviate their bodily needs. Ample parking and right off the interstate. Way to Go Best Western Plus Elk City!! "

"Very comfortable room, good breakfast and great price . Didn't get chance to use pool or hot tub, as I was too tired from traveling. Fell asleep immediately. "

"Wow. For a motel it was so impressed, especially traveling with pets. There is an extra charge for tbjs but it’s 10x better than a motel 6. No bugs, friendly staff, a separate section for pet owners, super clean rooms, coffee machine and a lounge chair. Excellent bed too. Such a friendly lady at the front desk and lobby all decorated for Christmas. Highly recommend this over the dump at motel 6. Worth the extra for a motel that accepts pets. Thanks "

"The property is poorly maintained. Windows were left unlocked to the room I rented. The linens were soiled. The room advertised a microwave. The microwave was in non working condition and when I asked the clerk I was directed to the nearest convenience store to heat up my food. If it were possible I'd request a full refund and that Expedia reconsiders offering this establishment "
