I love that the rooms have a little card with a QR code where you can tip housekeeping, instead of leaving cash, which I rarely have. The one thing my room was missing, which surprised me, was a hair dryer. I think of that as pretty standard, but maybe everyone brings their own these days? One other thing: I booked a reservation that included valet parking through hotels.com, but the W didn't have any record of valet parking being included in their reservation system. Ultimately they were able to include it, but it took a little time to get it sorted out. If I'd known, I might have called ahead. "

We needed to wake early because my daughter was running the Philly Marathon this weekend and she likes her oatmeal cook a certain way in the microwave so room service was not an option.
