"We loved the place and used the kayaks. The only complaint was the spotty internet and there are no rails on any of the stairs at the 3 entrances. My husband has balance issues and we had to help him every time. The stairs down to back patio are very steep and it could be a fall hazard. Thank you for sharing your home. "Customer service is A at this property. Staff are very polite and responsive. Great location, steps from the beautiful white sand beach. We had a huge room with balcony ocean-view. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in walking distance. We felt safe walking late at night. Great pool on the 8th floor. Free laundry was a plus. They supply bottled drinking water. Valet parking was $43 with tax per night. Resort fee was $40 with tax per night. Next time we visit, we won’t need a rental car as everything was walkable. Pricey hotel but you get what you pay for. We enjoyed our stay. We will book this hotel again. Highly recommended. "

"Enjoyed the location. Able to walk to several nice restaurants, shops, ice cream shop. Noticed a lot of young families, retired couples and college age groups. Plenty of activities for all. We rented the beach cabanas on one of the days we stayed, available until 5pm, very nice. Ordered breakfast 2 of the mornings delivered to our room. Ate on our balcony, food was amazing, and cannot beat the view of the gulf. Definitely will visit again. Also, nice little extra, gift shop opened 24 hrs. Nice snack options, and picking up items that forgot to pack. Only negative, no Coke products on property, only Pepsi, but that’s just my preference."
