"I like the facility location.i didn't like the fact i checked in and was charged for 2 nights that was already paid for thru expedia. Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me. This should not of happen if there was proper communication between expedia & riverview motel.. A phone call shouldve been made not an email to explain that my fees were already paid."

"We found our queen bed studio with kitchen to be clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay. My complaint was there was no cookware to cook my food in. There were dishes, silverware, cups and glassware. But NO pots or pans. I have food allergies special dietary needs, so I brought my own bkfast foods to prepare in the morning.
