"Very nice, large, posh hotel. Location is unbeatable. We had a room on the 28th floor on the corner overlooking Hiroshima palace and the city. Amazing view. Very comfortable hotel. Great buffet for breakfast - huge dining room. Very welcoming staff. Perhaps because the hotel is not brand new and it was very cold out, the windows in the room would be fogged up inn the morning and there was a bit of a chilly draft. We enjoyed our stay here. "

"Right next to Shinkansen station. Unfortunately wasted 30 min still not able to register and accidentally double charged us. Everything get settle after we back from our outing. Can be better "
