"Horrendous service. You have to call repeatedly to get anything done. Being polite gets you hostile and aggressive responses. It’s the oddest thing. There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes. "The rooms were unclean: it was a crime in covid time. They refused to change the sheet and also said the blankets could not be replaced. The staff was rude and uncooperative. "

"I recommend not to stay in this property. Staffs are very rude, facility is dirty and noisy. It is very hard to get to as it is in the middle of crowded narrow lane road access area of the city. You can find better accommodation 1,2 km outside of Chickpet neighborhood."
