There is no sound insulation in the hotel, especially since it is located on the highway, so the sounds of cars do not stop, and the toilet suction does not work, and the toilet seat has very weak suction, and the workers have frowning faces and do not speak English and do not take the initiative to greet you, and if you take the initiative, they do not respond. Also, an amount of forty dollars was withdrawn from me on top of the original bill and they did not explain it before, and when I asked the receptionist, she said it was services?!!!! In general, an experience that I will not repeat, and because of it, I will not visit Chicago again. The roads are crowded and drivers do not respect road partners. I even found bullying at traffic lights because of my car plate. I am very sad āœ‹šŸ™ƒ
