"Staff are excellent, very helpful & friendly. Esp. when I was checking into the hotel while my husband was driving back to Narita airport to return the rental car in a rush. A lady knowing I have language barrier but helped me by all mean. I wished I knew her name so I can appreciate her more before she took her days off from duty. "The location was "ok" for a few days, but not great if you want to be closer to Chiba's more busier areas. There's a Lawson and Donki nearby, but really not much else. The ramen shop across the hotel was good, and if you walk past that, there is a small supermarket ! The room could have been cleaner, but I wouldn't call it "dirty" ... Staff interaction is very minimal, but when I did interact, they were all very friendly and helpful. The onsen and sauna were great! Give it a try. Just make sure...

"The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! Also, don't worry about the language barrier; they have interpretation devices handy when needed. Anything you need, just ask. I would definitely stay there again. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location was wonderful. The train station is just around the corner as well as a mini mart and walkable restaurants. "I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, 5 years apart, yet the property has maintained its condition so well as if it was grand opening. The room is bright and spacious compare to the local standard. The public bath is really a treasure. Buffet breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. I will definitely stay here again. "
