"Staff are excellent, very helpful & friendly. Esp. when I was checking into the hotel while my husband was driving back to Narita airport to return the rental car in a rush. A lady knowing I have language barrier but helped me by all mean. I wished I knew her name so I can appreciate her more before she took her days off from duty. "Beautiful hotel, safe area, friendly and extremely helpful staff, comfortable beds, 7 eleven was across for convenience. Couldn't walk to the hotel from the train station. However, taxi fare was cheap $5-$8 dollars. The breakfast buffet could be a bit better. HThe staff at the breakfast buffet where super nice and helpful."

"The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! Also, don't worry about the language barrier; they have interpretation devices handy when needed. Anything you need, just ask.
