The take hospitality to a new level. They made a delightful towel swan display with rose petals to welcome us. Delicious breakfast included. "Beautiful hotel but dated. Love the huge room looking into pool.Prices at restaurants are expensive and the property is too big for us. Did not like having to walk long distance from one place to another. However, overall had a nice two days stay as all the staff were very kind, helpful and very professional. "

"Room was clean. Bathroom had hand held shower head, hairdryer, room slippers, bathrobes, safe. Towels for 2 pax per room. Complimentary drinking water (2 bottles). Breakfast - very nice porridge. Receptionists were helpful."

"Great hotel for a couple nights"

"The place is a little far from the center of the town, but they have transport to the town. I wanted to walk to the store, but it was too far. I was told to take their motorbike for free to make the 5 minute ride. I would recommend renting a bike in town if you are staying here. It is in a beautiful area, and I had the most beautiful scenic ride of my life. I highly recommend visiting Chiang Rai and staying at this hotel."
