Avoid at any cost! Terrible is an understatement

"This is about the worse hotel I ever stayed in. No heating working in winter. Hotel knew this and could have informed me so I could change my booking if I wished. Even lied to me saying heating would come on when they knew it has been not working for days. Staff are useless and you have to keep reminding ..."
