"Beautiful location but room and bathroom looked dated and in need of renovation. Our room was spacious but the space was wasted as no comfortable chairs were provided and only a very small desk. Breakfast was ok but set in a very large and half empty room. The whole experience was very bland."

"We booked three rooms. The one my husband and I were given was tiny and very claustrophobic. My son’s room was much bigger, with a large bathroom and a lovely huge window, so we traded. The bed was super comfortable and the shower amazing. However, there were holes in the walls like someone had taken a chisel to it very weird. Other than that for the exceptional price we were quite impressed. Lovely lobby with a coffee shop. It’s definitely got a younger vibe and is not a full service hotel but...

"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
