"Beautiful grounds and ambience. The room was awesome and it included a complimentary bottle of wine. Would recommend that guest turn the heat down before bed, otherwise the fireplace will keep coming on and off, and it will wake you up. Would not recommend the hotels restaurant although. Terrible food and the staff appear to be in a zombie state when providing service."

"Quiet comfortable hotel with excellent mineral water outdoor pools of varying temperature, open until late (10-30 pm). Comfy bath robes and complementary coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. The hotel also offers discounts for wine tastings at local wineries. "

Additionally, while the on-site Drakes restaurant had potential, the food and drinks didn’t match the premium pricing. To enhance the guest experience, they should either elevate the quality of their menu or adjust prices to better reflect the value."
