They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"Cute place, comfortable beds, but for some people they might not like some of the shabbyness of just lots of use. Hot water was great, beds were comfortable, location was great too. We initially were put on the 4th floor, in which the stairs were a bit to small and narrow for my liking. The staff was kind enough to move us to the 2nd floor. If you need to wash clothes you have to do it between 8-8. Even in the winter the rooms were warm."
