"Our stay at the Pullmans Da Nang Beach Resort was very good. We enjoyed all the amenities at the hotel from the restaurants, the bars and the pool. There were some problems with a number of the staff who did not speak English, especially at breakfast where it was difficult to order a pot of tea and this happened on most days during our 7 night stay. "We’ve stayed in 101 stars hotel in April 2018. Overall I would rate the stay: 3 out of 5 stars. The best feature is its location. In the center of Nha Trang tourist zone, restaurants, cafes, shops are right at your foot. Walking distance to the beach is around 7-10 min, depends on you. The room was pretty decent, cleaning was provided properly each day. Regarding the breakfast: it is solely individual. I don’t eat many things, so I skipped it and went to a great Europenean cafe on the beach....

"The staff are warm, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel is decent enough, but it is a very busy place and that high traffic has led to wear and tear visible around the building and rooms. Nothing a makeover wouldn't fix. Our family was comfortable there nonetheless and we're grateful to the lovely people working there for going above and beyond for us during our stay"
