We flew into San Carlos and took a 6-7 hour boat trip down the river to SJN. Patricia was knowledgeable, informative, and quick to respond in helping me to organize arrival and departure details. "The problem is that first tow nights I stood in a room w/o AC. I asked for one and I was told there was none available. The third night I was moved to one with AC but I was charged $20 extra for it, I was under the impression that I was going to a room with AC as I requested it before getting there. W/o that problem the rate would have been excellent. "
