"It’s a safe a very convenient location although the room could use a real floor clean, my socks ended really dirty from just walking around 5 min in my room. The staff was really attentive and helpful. Would stay again "

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful; the hotel, while older, is beautiful and comfortable; the location is central and walking distance to historic areas such as the Palazzio Bella Artes and Zocalo; and the premium rooms come with several awesome amenities such as food and beverage service on the 12th floor with a view. Definitely one of my all-time favorite hotels! Would highly recommend one of the premium rooms though, the 12th floor lounge is just so nice to have access to."
