"The positives: excellent breakfast, location, ambience. The negatives: no response to three consecutive identical emails requesting early check in. All were ignored. The housecleaning was sub standard and rushed by employees who didn't care. We had a four night stay and on the third day after being out until 4pm, returned to find the room had not been serviced. Had to request this to be done. The day after, the room had not been done at all. Went to reception and was told that it would be done...

"I enjoyed the hotel. The staff was fantastic, friendly and willing to help. It was very nice, and the location was excellent. The biggest disappointment was the fitness center. The hotel had Olympic decor. The handrail in the elevator was fantastic, it was a barbell. This led me to believe the hotel would embrace fitness. All you had were two treadmills, an elliptical, and a few dumbbells. Not even a multi-station all-in-one machine. Very disappointing."

"This hotel is perfectly convenient for my regular trips to Zurich. Close to the airport and the tram takes me directly to the university hospital. There's a bus stop outside which has a regular service to the airport. Be aware you must purchase before you get on the bus. No contactless payments can be made. I'll be back next time I'm in Zurich "

"This hotel was just lovely. The hotel room was very spacious, and the huge bed was very comfortable. My favourite part was the rainfall shower! The location is excellent only being around the corner from Hammerbrook station (2 mins walk max) with connections to Hauptbahnhof that can take you anywhere. I would 100% stay here again ! "
