" The hotel is perfect for staying near the airport. It is clean, and great bed, great water pressure for the shower, too. It is fine, and what you get for the price. It has great breakfast, and the guy at the counter when we checked in late on New Years Eve was kind. A good night's sleep for an overnight stay with an early flight out in the morning. "

"Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed,bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. I heard it's under new management and it's a shame."

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "
