"Great stay! Hotel was clean (even through renovations). Loved airport shuttle service, which was hard to find for downtown Birmingham properties. We arrived at 11, with a check in time at 4. They offered to hold our bags since we had to be at an event at 2. As we were about to leave, our room was ready. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Flatbread and sweet potato fries was $20 (very reasonably priced) and tasted great! Only complaint was road noise, cars revving engines as they drove by....

"Really loved the comfortable bed and great tv. Room was spacious and chairs comfortable too. The carpet could have used some spot cleaning. We had some trouble figuring out the ac which was actually controlled by a thermostat and a lovely, pleasant young woman came and demonstrated how easy it actually was. Plan to stay at this Hilton again. "
