"The hotel was reasonably priced and very well placed for getting into Rouen, catch T4 or F9 buses, about 15-20 minutes. The bus card for a number of rides worth getting and this also gives you discounts on museums. The hotel is 4 years old, good basic rooms. A buffet breakfast available for €8.90pp ..."
