"This was a really easy, comfortable and convenient place to stay. It was so clean and very newly updated with conveniences like a wahser/dryer, cooktop/oven combo and elevator. It had everything we needed and was convenient to the train station, grocery storea block away, and walkable to old town and other transportation. The check in was easy and the staff were quick to respond with any questions. Really enjoyed this place and would stay again. Thanks!"

"We had such a pleasurable experience staying at our beautiful apartment in Bologna. We loved how close we were to all the landmarks, shops, markets, cafes and public transportation. It was great communicating with Paolo who welcomed us and made us comfortable on our first day answering all our concerns. "The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

"A great place to stay for our three nights in Bologna. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. There are grocery stores nearby and a good restaurant across the street. Our place also had a washing machine, which I wasn't expecting. Although a bit dated, the apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Sofia met us at the apartment and communicated with us the morning of our arrival. It was a bit of a hot day so she turned the air conditioning on for us as we asked from the train station. The apartment was nice and cool by the time we arrived! There was plenty of space for my family of 5. Primary bedroom doubles as the TV room since there isn’t a common area/ couch, but that worked fine for us since we spent most of our days away from the apartment. "In general: good location, walking distance to the central and the city centre. View over the orange/terracotta rooftops of Bologna from the windows. However, some cons to be mentioned: we struggled with reaching the responsible person for the check in which caused stress. When we arrived, the accommodation was not cleaned properly and the linens and towels were dirty. Both the laundry machine and the AC did not work properly. And in addition, the electricity went off. "
