"The facility was great, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The only real downside was the pillows and mattresses. Two small pillows wasn't enough. The mattresses weren't the more modern hybrid style--they were too soft or worn out and you could feel the springs. I was taken aback when we entered and the toilet seat was up--guess that's to show it was clean, but I've never seen that before and I'm in the industry. Thank you."

"Terrible. Seems like they stopped caring about taking care of this place years ago. The attendant at the front was having issues with the computer and asking management for help, but they failed to give him any solutions and he had to figure it out himself. Very nice at the front but not well equipped. In the room the AC barely worked, we looked down at the filter and it was CAKED in dust and looked like it was never cleaned.
