Somehow, someone charged stuff from their store to my room but no one in my family purchased. Had to call the desk the next day, even though it was refunded back to me, it still was upsetting that someone can charge to your room without you knowing it. They should ask for an ID and not just name n room number."

"We liked the helpful friendly staff and how nice the remodel was and the cleanliness of the hotel. The only negative is I feel the site was misleading. Per the pictures we thought we were getting a balcony room but got a regular room but the cleanliness and staff made the stay worth it "
