"The staff was very friendly and helpful! This a good location in Positano, you have access to both beaches by feet and access to alot of yummy restaurants. You can not escape stairs at Positano, but at least this location saves the steps based on its location. "

"This place is a gem! Perfect location and amazing staff. Very friendly and communicative. There are 2 reasons I am not giving this location a full 5 star review. One is that there was a lack of hot water. The shower and sink lost pressure when turned to hot and it took a very long time to heat up. I am sure in the summer this is not an issue but it was in the winter. Something else to be aware of, the Main Street is very loud at night. We could hear full conversations from people on the street....

"We had an incredible stay at this hotel and we cannot say enough about the owner and the staff. They were truly wonderful, so kind, thoughtful and friendly. Just fantastic people. The room was nicely decorated, very clean, and the balcony was so nice, overlooking the sea each morning and night in Positano is truly a privilege. "Our stay was fantastic. Geraldo and the staff at villa Orleans are incredible and kind. We drove to Villa Orleans and Geraldo was waiting on the side of the main road to great us. He showed us where everything was and the best ways to get around. We arrived later in the evening and he offered to take me to the nearby grocery store to get some food. The property is beautiful and diverse. We spent a day in Amalfi and a day just relaxing at the villa. Even with the rain we had it was still comfy...

"Not a B&B. Couldn’t find the place. No signs or clues around the entrance. Dirty and smelly on arrival. Very disappointed. Was aware of hot tubs in rooms when I booked but the smell of damp was revolting. Musty and damp and felt like my skin was crawling. We booked for 2 nights but left at 7.30am the next morning. The host was nice when contacting initially and accommodated a late check in, but that didn’t make up for the quality. Smell of smoke and weed from the room next door hung in the air...

The B&B is perfectly located in the heart of Pompei, directly opposite the entrance gates to the ancient ruins. A great base for explorations and many dining options very nearby. "
