"Everything about the property, the room, and view was great except issues with the elevators. On two of my days I seen people going up 15 flight of stairs but luckily I made it up on a service elevator before it broke down. Then I was stuck in my room unless I took stairway. Took me about an hour checking out because it was only one elevator back working the next day. "

The front desk staff did advise me that due to the cold temperature outside the water may take additional time to warm up. She also advised if it was not to my liking she would can maintenance.
