"No water! We received a letter under our door explaining water would be turned off the next day... BUT floors above the 9th would not be impacted. Our water (10th floor) was shut off around 9:30 AM. No morning shower! Toilet had only 1 flush after water it was turned off. No available toilets in the lobby or restaurant. We had to use (2) $7.00 bottles of water to clean up. Then use the public toilet outside on the boardwalk. (... major ordeal to get $14 credited back to my account) "Off-season" shouldn't mean "shrug-service""

"Loved the new upgrades they did. The beds and pillows were absolutely the best i have slept in/on. Only complaint was the AC wasn't working ( Room 610 ) and they did replace it but had to turn it off due to being extremely loud while running so left the balcony door open for air which was good anways listening to the waves. Also the pool isnt actually heated as jt was freezing & the smell of the chemicals burned your eyes just sitting in there. But all and all i would definitely stay again. "
