We are regulars here and love to stay before early flights. Great room with view of the runways. Restaurant is excellent. Always look forward to that. Only a few gripes: there is nowhere to place our bags except on the floor. Hard for elderly people. Not even a fold out stand. Tea/coffee cups are also miniature!! Shower leaks water all over the floor. Otherwise great!

Stayed here for work, nice place, will stay here again. very comfortable Bed and Pillows. Bathroom was very good. Just a little bit far from the restaurants around Canberra city. Dinner here was ok.

The room and hotel was good, although I was disappointed that I had to chase up some complementary beverages, included in my booking. Whilst talking to another gentleman at the bar, he had experienced the same. We also had a baby crying all night next door, although the hotel can’t help these things we were booked in the executive room first class with 2 x beverages.

We love staying here and love the size of the one bedroom apartment. Very cosy and great buffet options. Only downfall is the staff are a little behind in providing timely service for room service. We asked for Towels and Ice and this wasn't provided at all, I had to go to reception and ask.
