Wonderful, the grand suite is spacious/clean and the staffs are professional and nice. Campinas doesnt have many options for foreigners like Sao Paulo does, but Vitoria Concept can easily be said that it meets the standard many of us are use to back home.

Stayed here last year too and conveniently located near the best bars and restaurants in Campinas. The room is spacious, but we felt the bathroom was a little small. Breakfast buffet had a big variety. Overall great hotel.

Fizemos reserva pois é informado que o hotel possuía sauna e spa. O problema é que a sauna fica dentro do spa, que por sua vez nao funciona aos domingos. No sábado , o Spa fechado para uma noiva. Infelizmente não conseguimos usufruir... o hotel deveria ser mais claro ao informar quanto ao funcionamento dos serviços e também pensar em deixar horários mais extensos e disponíveis aos finais de semana, pois quem busca hoteis em feriados e finais de semana são com o intuito de relaxar.

Identificação de Tomada e perda
Foi tudo ótimo mas infelizmente tivemos a perda do secador de cabelo da minha esposa pois a tomada do banheiro não estava identificada como 220 e queimou. Sei que foi uma falta de atenção dela mas o hotel deveria ter as tomadas identificadas. Inclusive liguei na recepção e eles me informaram que as tomadas 220 eram vermelhas no nosso caso , apartamento 1015 , a tomada não tinha a cor vermelha ou uma indicação de 220. Infelizmente tivemos uma perda de mais de R$1000.

Tivemos problemas com o banheiro ( acabou a água), foi prontamente resolvido. Mas o café da manhã foi servido no centro de convenções, super mal sinalizado, parecia que estávamos em algum tipo de congresso. Isso porque era o café da manhã de réveillon. Decepcionante
