"The bar that is used as double lock for the room was broken, and the cover for the peep hole on the door was also broken. Anybody from outside can peep through it. Also the door has gaps by the door locks that you can peep through. Other than that, our stay was a good."

"The hotel's location is the main reason I stay here and it's very clean. The staff responded promptly to my request for service. The room doesn't have enough towel bars and not enough ventilation if you just want fresh air."
