"Staying at Fusion resort was really really nice. My 5year old son loved the little farm there. He enjoyed egg collecting, pig feeding, chicken feeding. Staff was so kind to kids. Food was goo; both Vietnamese local cuisine and Western cuisine. Of course the spa was pampering and relaxing. Room and the private pool was wonderful as well. It was just perfect."

"It was the worst place. The only hotel I went to that demanded that we pay a large cash deposit rather than take a credit card imprint on arrival (we had already fully paid for the accommodation when we booked the room months earlier).The concierge lied to us about opening hours and available staffing (we had to check out early to catch a flight, they said they were open, there was no one at the desk, we had to wait 20mins before they checked us out), they booked us a "taxi" where the taxi driver scammed us. The handle and lock on our toilet door was broken so we couldn't even close the toilet door when we were using it. The entrance to our building was held shut with a rubber rope, so we had to go around and use the back entrance. It was a total nightmare of a place and I would not recommend it at all. "

"The property, room, and customer services were excellent except that I was not communicated that the beach was not swimmable at the time I rented the resort. It was so windy for the whole time that I was there. They had a beautiful swimming pool, but it was outdoor and cold; no jacuzzi. All We could do was watching it. I would recommend to visit the resort at a different time than January."
