"The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming and helpful, going the extra mile in helping my husband get around in his wheelchair. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was spotless and quite lovely. What a wonderful introduction to Egypt!"

"The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is super helpful and friendly. A little pushy with giving 5* reviews . The mosquitoes were a bit much and sitting outside is quite annoying because of that. The access to get to the hotel is a pure nightmare to be honest. Not one taxi driver could find the entrance. It is very difficult to get there. "

" was everything okay? Not acceptable was water problem no water cold hot water is very very hot. What was nice cleaning was okay my room is balcony door was broke. I asked many times. Repair it but not taking any serious. Ask hot cold water. Repair it now taking the scene. No we need to be the customer service rubbish and they charge me more money than was agreed 95."

"Everyone that works here are friendly and humble. They helped me book my excursions and kept me updated. The rooms are clean and has this old historic vibe. After a long day of soaking in the culture, you can enjoy their new bed and pillows! I’ve stayed at $600 a night rooms and these beds are more comfortable- you will have a good nights rest for sure. Overall, I lived this place, they make you feel at home and it’s very personal. It’s family owned and they make you feel welcomed, perfect stay!...

"Location is good but rooms are not clean , no services whatsoever , staff is lazy they saw me taking my bags down the stairs on my check out ( elevator is a floor below) and did not even offer to help no change of plankets or room cleaning service etc no shower supplies at all , bathroom is old and not in a working condition."
