The pool looked dirty and not inviting. Very aged and basic Interior, pillows very flat, but mattress comfortable,noisy neighbours in the next room, who smoked outside and spoke on speaker phone for over 30 minutes at 6am, which is out of the motel’s control, but asked to reflect on my experience. I actually felt unsafe at night and jammed the chair under the door knob. Seemed to be a lot of smoking men on the balcony watching, which freaked me out as I was alone. Close and very convenient location for where I needed to be for three days and I guess you get what you pay for.

General condition of the rooms, especially the bathroom was poor, a dirty towel was left on a hook behind the door, mound in the grouting and paint coming off the door.

Stayed 2 nights. The room was very clean and comfortable and larger than expected. Had little interaction with the staff but they were pleasant. DFO Complex down the road with Coles, cafes and retail shops. Cazaly's Sports club in the other direction and both walking distance. Lots of families with kids i the pool but no noise issues from where I was staying. Will stay again and I do recommend.

The unit did the job. Nice convenient location close to everything. DFO next door. Check in and out very easy and booking was a good price. Wifi connection password didn’t work tho.

The rooms needs maintenance carried out, currently lacking terribly. Room presentation at first glance good but then things start coming to light, nothing major but little things that should be appearing. Am I fussy? No! but unless this issues are brought to the new managements attention they will not be fixed. Overall good place to stay, very central to everything.

The reception lady was nice. The property needs a lot of attention though. Pool area very blah. No bath mat, or face washer in room. No hairdryer. Shabby furniture and outdated grubby bathroom with last guests soap still on window sill. Blobs of dust on ceilings and walls. Just not great. Luckily i was only staying one night, or i would have gone elsewhere. Over priced for what is. The only thing i liked was the blockout curtains
