Bom colchao, mas camas precisando de manutencao. Sem canal aberto de televisao, mas com funcionalidades de espelhamento com celular, porém, nem todos sabem usar. Quarto 16.

Falta trato com o cliente!
Para começar o endereço divulgado na reserva está completamente errado e por isso demos uma volta enorme para chegar na pousada. A pousada no geral está mal cuidada: parede com infiltração e bolor, azulejos do banheiro com rejunte encardido. Mas o que mais me deixou chateada foi no chech out, pois saímos as 06h30 para regresssar ao RJ e pegar nosso vôo e o café da manhã começa a ser servido as 08h. Então perguntamos na recepção se poderíamos tomar apenas uma xícara de café (que era daquelas máquinas) e recebemos a seguinte a resposta: claro, custa R$ 5,00 cada (estávamos em 8 pessoas). Sem comentários pois não iríamos tomar o café que estava incluso em nossa diária e ainda teríamos que pagar por uma xícara de café!
