"Good communication with representative. There is not a reception desk as such but a security guard was expecting us and gave us the keys. Maintenance is slow but no major issues. Housekeeping gentleman was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment is comfortable, clean and modern with good view of Burj Khalifa. "On arrival reception welcomed me with a smile and offered me a free water view and room size upgrade which was lovely. However on entering the room I could smell cigarette smoke and condition of the room was a bit poor to me. I advised reception that night and was told they next shift would look into it for me in the morning.
