Beautiful hotel placed within a heritage style apartment building. Very safe and secure. Nice friendly staff. Perfect location to get out on foot and explore the city. Rooms are nice. Definitely book here.

The staff are lovely & attentive, they go above & beyond, the day we checked in one of the staff members gave us a map and told us some suggestions and how to get there! The room & decor is fabulous too, great location very convenient as it is right next to transport links & restaurants. And it is walkable distance from certain landmarks

It was well arranged and a great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The elevator was quaint but sometimes it stopped short. No worries, though it would correct if you pushed again.

Not as charming as you think.
First let me say that the night manager Gregory as fabulous. He helped us with dinner reservations and recommendations, navigating the city and reservations for the baths. Can’t say enough good stuff about him. The rest of the staff was indifferent at best. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. There is virtually no signage inside or out, the hotel sits on the third floor of an apartment building and there is nothing outside or inside to guide you. The elevator was sketchy. The lighting in the entry extremely poor. The neighborhood was so so. Guy passed out in the doorway one night we came in, trash in the entrance. it is close to all the sights and close to a subway stop. Our room was big, but a small bathroom(like most in Europe).

I wanted to love my stay at this hotel, aesthetically the property is gorgeous and the staff is lovely. It's also in a great location, close to public transportation, dining options, and stores. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have hot water for several days of my stay, this was not communicated to the guest by the staff, I had to check with the front desk every day for an update, and I also wasn't offered an alternative for showering. The rooms do not have phones, so if you need something from the front desk( which is not staffed over night) , your only option is to go to the desk . The hotel is also in a residential building, it's on the 3rd floor , and the residents of the building were extremely rude ( you can tell that they do not like having to share their space with a hotel). My room also smelled very heavily of cigarettes bc the person who lives above my room, smoked on their balcony.

Hotel in a residential building
Was quite surprised with the surroundings. It was a bit scary at night. This hotel is in a same residential building and you will need a code to enter the main door. No reception during midnight till 8am. For the price it was alright. But would spend a bit more and stay in other hotels. There’s a supermarket across but we didn’t even go out for dinner as it was really a hassle to go out and enter the code. Hotel didn’t give us the passcode , luckily upon entering there was a group of young kids entering and we just followed them.

Charming Boutique in Budapest
Leo Boutique was a great stay during a friends trip to Budapest. The rooms are very nice and the complimentary chocolates and champagne were an added touch. Hotel is within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!

Really great location in the centre- within walking distance to all the main sites. Also really close to the bus stop when travelling to and from the airport. The room was compact but had everything I needed and was very clean. The staff were really friendly and welcoming!

Everything was okay. Receptionist was friendly, the room was nice. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom which was strange and definitely ruined the comfort a bit. Overall I would recommend the place.
