"Great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location. Only issue was I paid extra for a room with a balcony and I had to sign a waiver for them to unlock it for me. The balcony is tiny and the railing is less than 3ft (90cm) tall so I'm guessing at least one person has fallen over the side of it at some point. Other than that, had a great time!"

"I absolutely LOVE this JW Marriott. Everything about it is spectacular. Always clean and beautiful. Great rooms. And the service is so professional. I wish every hotel took this much pride in their property. "

"No shuttle to the airport. Walking ground to yhe airport is under reconstruction. It is dofficilt to walk especially with suitcases. "

"Beautiful hotel with a historical feel to it. The Vault, a bar in the hotel, had great music and atmosphere, though it was a bit pricey, and we enjoyed going there for a drink at night to just enjoy the music. If i had one complaint, it would be that the painting in the room was a bit creepy…it reminded me of clowns."

"Beautiful property with excellent staff and fantastic rooms. Ate at the restaurant one night and the food was delicious. Bar area was bery relaxed and cocktails were lovely too."

"Centrally located, within a few minutes from the historical Old Town and the buzzing high street with restaurants and bars. Nice and welcoming staff, ready and willing to assist. As expected, the hotel at this time of the year was busier than normal and that must have had an impact on the room service as that was inconsistent. Apart from that, happy with the overall service and was pleased to see that they had "Rituals" shampoo and shower gel in the room, that was definitely a plus. "

"Staff at the hotel were amazing, friendly, super helpful amd vety welcoming. Property is a little off the beaten, very easy walk to main areas of Old Town."

"Hotel location is great, right in the old town with many bars and restaurants near by. The hotel itself is really beautiful and very nice staff with high service level. The only issue was with the aircon, which was on "winter mode" which made the rooms too warm with no option to cool it a bit. In general, its a great place to stay with very high value for money. I recommend."

"This hotel is great if you don't like large chain hotels. It is very central to the old town and other sites and near the metro station. We had a lovely room but it did get really hot. We tried to sleep with the window open but it was really noisy but just one of those things. All in all, a lovely stay."

"Everything was great during my stay (which was my second time at this hotel). Only two small bummers - 1. The jacuzzy and the steam sauna were out of order. 2. The shower handle holder is a bit loose and the handle keeps falling."
