"The property was clean - NEW - MODERN and just wonderful. GREAT restaurants in the hotel easy access and parking very easy as well. It is located right at the University of Maryland and everything was walkable. I will definitely stay there again -- staff were so helpful and pleasant."

"Room was a good size but is older and furniture is dated-it’s what I expected for the price and with the exception of a dirty armchair in room 303, everything felt clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is basic and the male attendant was friendly and made everyone feel welcome. The breakfast on Sunday morning started to wrap up about a half hour early so make sure you get down there early if you want food. This hotel is a good base for DC at a reasonable rate. "

"We arrived without a car & walked from union station. At dusk we attempted to walk to a bus station which we heard was behind Target. We never found it in the dark. We tried to stay away from the traffic & walked thru the parking lot but there was no access out!! Not good. Otherwise the stay was good"

"It seemed like it was a refurbished Super * Motel. I've had experiences where those type of hotel, and it was not pretty. I suppose this is one is one start above it, however I was very nervous about anything strange coming out of the walls. Needless to say, nothing bad happened, however, one of our uber driver did mention, after they got us to our destination, that the hotel was a place of "working girls" and that someone was found dead in one of the rooms. None of that had left me feeling warm...

"We always stay here when in the DC area. The Union Market area is so cute with plenty of shops and restaurants. Hotel is close to the metro. Staff is nice. Extra bonus is the rooftop bar!"
