"The room looks exactly like the pictures presented. The service wasn’t horrible. If you’re expecting the room to be cleaned daily that’s not happening. I asked the staff to get someone to look at the air conditioner in my room it was dripping water all over the floor no one came. Despite that again the room was nice and clean. Parking is limited if you get there after 5pm find something on the block. "

"I was New York for a concert but for only a short time at the hotel it was a great experience and atmosphere. The checking in and out for quick and nice the room itself was amazing and it had the best view "

"Love this property! Everybody was so nice and there were so many extras there. My only complaint was when we got there, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, but everything else was clean. We let them know and they cleaned it immediately. Other than that it was a perfect stay!"

"The property is fine, and the amenities good but it is quite noisy outside and you will be awoken at night by sirens and honking. Better window pane insulation would make it great."

"Great location in downtown Brooklyn. Very walkable area to many parks, shops, dining, and subway stops. Staff was very kind and the hotel was very clean. The WXYZ bar was super cute but unfortunately we didn’t get to make it to the club on the top floor (guess we have to come back again). Made our trip with a toddler very efficient and easy. Would absolutely come back"
